Millie Forsyth
YOGA AND TRE®
Millie Forsyth offers a holistic approach to wellness, utilising a range of complementary therapies. Building a unique blend of skills across the years, Millie has studied Aromatherapy and Swedish Massage at Aromatherapy Associates in London, Clinical Nutrition at the Australian College of Natural Therapies, and Personal Training at the New Zealand Institute of Sport. Millie also studied TRE Trauma Release Exercises in Thailand and, most recently, Yoga 200 Hour and Yin 50 Hour in New Zealand. With a passion for research, learning, and sharing her knowledge, her goal is to improve the health and well-being of her clients by teaching various tools and information to raise the quality of their lives.
