This course is particularly good for beginners to yoga, those returning to the mat after a break, or looking to explore something new.
The course design covers the foundations of Hatha, zooming in on asana alignment and breath integration. Exploring the different categories of poses to experience their particular benefits and effects. Working with your breath to uncover & dismantle any unhealthy patterns and embed new, health promoting ones.
