Yin Yoga and TRE

Join our fabulous yoga class for health and well-being. For this 5 week block, Millie takes the floor teaching YIN and TRE. It’s all easy, relaxing and fun.

YIN yoga is a slow-paced style focusing on long-held poses to target connective tissues, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. It often involves seated or reclined poses. It is slow moving and a wonderful way to stretch the body. 

TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) uses simple exercises to induce tremors in the body, releasing stored tension and stress for relaxation and well-being.

Our 5 week block runs Tuesday March 5, 12,19,26 April 2 . Come weekly or just come once to give it a try.
