Roz is a born and bred Wellingtonian and has experience working as a Chiropractor and Wellness expert in New Zealand, Ireland, and England. Roz is certified in Sacro-Occipital Technique, Webster Technique, Applied Kinesiology.
She has also done post-graduate studies in Paediatrics, Healthy Lifestyle Living, Nutrition, and Emotional techniques. Roz loves getting out and about with her three children, you may see them at the playground, cycling, or running!
