Yoga/Pilates/Stretch

Join us for a delightful session of combined yoga/pilates/stretch on Tuesdays. Our weekly one-hour classes, open to all ages and skill levels, are skilfully crafted by Bridget to suit everyone. She generously shares her wealth of knowledge, directing and guiding us through the practice in a relaxed learning environment. Enjoy a discount with a block of 4 sessions for $75 or opt for a casual visit for $20. Private one-hour tuition sessions are also available before the class.
