My name is Amanda Mercer and I am a certified, online nutritionist that specialises in female health in particular period health, PMS, insulin resistance, PCOS and Perimenopause.
I am obsessed with helping women become the best version of themselves, helping them to understand how their body works so they can ditch the diet culture mentality.
A key component of how I coach, is to educate you along the way. I want you to achieve long term, sustainable change and set you up, so you know what to do moving forward without me!

years ago, I had a very different outlook on my body, health, food and exercise than I do today. I didn’t understand my hormones, the effects they had on my body, or the impact that my diet and lifestyle had on my body and my mental health.
I have learnt a lot over the years and the relationship I have with myself and my body has completely changed.
I am a foodie and I love being out in nature, moving my body and trying new things.
